摘要
对粤西1 220名中小学教师的问卷调查结果显示,中小学教师对校本学习必要性的认识到位,大部分教师学习目的明确,但其总体学习状态有待提高,学习资源不能满足教师需求,学习效果不理想。影响粤西中小学教师校本学习的主要因素有:经济收入低、工作繁忙、职业倦怠。在学习方式方面,教育反思尚未成为教师的良好习惯;教师培训有效果,但不理想。一级学校教师、城市学校教师与普通学校教师、农村学校教师的学习状况差异显著,一级学校好于普通学校,城市好于农村。
A survey on 1 220 teachers from middle and primary schools shows that, though most teach- ers hold positive attitude on necessity of school-based study, the learning condition should be upgraded on a whole as lack of learning resources, learning effect not idealistic. The main factors influencing learning in developing areas as such: low income, busy work profession burnout. And on the side of learning styles, reflection has not become a good habit for the teachers, and there is some effects of the training, but not enough. And there is a manifest difference between good schools and general ones, the effect in good schools is better.
