附子理中片的质量标准研究

Studies on quality standard of Fuzi Lizhong tablet

目的：完善和提高附子理中片的质量标准。方法：建立薄层色谱法对处方中甘草、干姜进行鉴别,并对乌头碱进行限量检查;建立高效液相色谱法测定甘草酸的含量。结果：鉴别和检查专属性强,甘草酸在0.198 5~2.977 5μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.32%,RSD为0.52%。结论：本方法具有专属性好、准确和可靠的特点,可达到提高附子理中片质量标准的目的。

Objective： To enhance and consummate the quality standard of Fuzi Lizhong tablet. Methods： Licorice and Dried ginger were identified by TLC,Limit detection of aconitine in prescription was also checked by TLC; The contents of glycyrrhizic acid ammonium was determined by HPLC. Results： The TLC identification and inspection were highly specific. The glycyrrhizic acid showed a good linear relationship at a rang of 0. 198 5 ~ 2. 977 5 μg,and the average recovery was 99. 32% with RSD of 0. 52%.Conclusion： The method established is specific,accurate and reliable,can be used to improve the quality standard of Fuzi Lizhong tablet.
