本文阐述了Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ／Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ的有关概念和技术，分析了传统ＭＩＳ的不足与缺陷，并且结合ＭＩＳ的特点和Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ／Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ的技术，提出了一种新型的ＭＩＳ结构。

This paper tells some concepts and techniques about Internet/Intranet and analyses the shortages and faults of the traditional MIS.It is based on the characteristics of MIS and techniques of Internet/Intranet and suggests a new type of the structure of MIS.
