鼻部皮肤缺损修复的临床治疗体会

Cli nical efficacy of reconstruction for external nose defect

目的：探讨手术修复鼻部皮肤缺损的方法及其临床疗效。方法：对45例鼻部皮肤缺损患者，分别采用原位缝合、全厚皮片移植以及局部皮瓣转移修复治疗，观察临床疗效。结果：术后随访发现全部患者切口均愈合良好，外形满意。结论：在手术修复鼻部皮肤缺损的治疗中应重视外形及功能的恢复，局部皮瓣可作为修复鼻部皮肤缺损的优先方法。

Abatract Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of reconstruction for external nose defect .Methords：45 patients with external nose defect were treated with primary closure, free and local skin flap,after surgery clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results：45 cases were well healed.All defects were repaired successfully.There was no tumor recurrence after 3months to 2 years follow-up .Conclusion：The means with local flap to repair the defect in external nose should be superiority .
