对中心静脉导管相关性血流感染危险因素的监控与管理

Monitoring and management of central venous catheter-related infection

目的：探讨中心静脉导管（ CVC）相关性血流感染（ CRBSI ）的预防与控制策略。方法：采用近5年国内外相关文献回顾与医院感染目标性监测软件提取临床资料相结合综合分析方法，对CRBSI危险因素的管理及CRBSI 感染率进行监测，分析感染率变化的原因，制定针对性措施。结果：CRBSI感染率从无质控14．26‰下降至有质控3．5‰。结论：建立软件与3级监控的系统，加强护理及危险因素的管理，可以有效的预防和控制CRBSI的发生。

Objective：To study the prevention and control strategies of central venous catheter （ CVC） related bloodstream infection （ CRBSI ） ;Methods：Use the comprehensive analysis methods by domestic and international literature review on past five years and clinical data of hospital infection targeted monitoring software, monitor CRBSI＇risk factors and CRBSI＇infection rate,analyze the reason for the change of infection rate, and developed specific measures;Results：The CRBSI infection rate had dropped from 14.26‰to 3.5‰;Con-clusion：Establish the software and three surveillance systems , strengthen the management of the risk factors , could effectively prevent and control the occurrence of CRBSI .
