摘要
通过采用热风炉燃烧液化气产生热风,对某公司设计的凹槽型模块化板式空气预热器进行了热工性能测试。通过实验得到了综合传热系数、空气侧阻力因子,并采用等雷诺数及等流速法获得了对流换热关联式,采用等流速法获得了换热因子。此研究可为该设备的工业应用提供一定的数据支持。
A novel groove-shaped modularized panel air preheater was designed by some corporation. In this paper, thermal performance test of this preheater was conducted via adopting hot air generated from combustion of liquid gas in hot air stove. Comprehensive heat transfer coefficient and airside resistance factor were obtained in this experiment. Moreover, the convection correlation formulas were derived from equivalent Reynolds and equivalent flow velocity method and heat exchange factor was obtained by equivalent flow velocity method. This investigation will provide data support for industrial application of this equipment.
