常化炉低温回火工艺能力诊断与改造对策

摘要 由于生产高级别NM450钢及现有NM360、400耐磨钢系列大幅降低合金成本的需要,要求在热处理炉内采用对钢板进行低温回火的新工艺路线,通过"黑匣子"温度跟踪测试手段对现有设备条件下某厂1#常化炉的低温回火工艺能力进行了诊断,指出该炉子目前还不适应低温回火的工艺要求,在此基础上结合相关文献检索资料,介绍了在不增加大规模投资的前提下对现有设备进行常规/大空燃比燃烧组合脉冲控制及低温状态下引入热风喷射的改造方案,并对此进行了讨论分析。 The new low temperature tempering technology must be adopted to produce high level wear-resisting steel such as NM450 and to decrease the alloy cost of ordinary wear-resisting steel such as NM360, NM400. By temperature measurement with “black box”, the low temperature tempering ability of the No.1 normalizing furnace was diagnosed and the result showed that the furnace didn't satisfy the low temperature tempering technology's demand. Two corresponding retrofit strategies were introduced and discussed, and the strategy of normal/large air-fuel ratio combustion should be considered preferentially.
