摘要 针对目前感应钎焊电源都是感应线圈固定在主机上的,当工件比较大,特别经常需要焊多个焊点,移动式工作方式或操作狭窄的情况下,这类线圈固定式感应钎焊电源很难完成焊接工作,固提出了"手持式钎焊电源"的概念,将感应器与设备主机分离,中间由柔性电缆连接。将串联谐振与软开关技术相结合,来减小中间柔性电缆的损耗,本文主要完成主电路的搭建,基于DSP320F2812的控制系统设计(包括PSPWM&PDM混合功率控制及频率跟踪),并给出了实验波形。 Considering of the present induction brazing power supply, induction coil is fixed on the host, when the work piece is larger, especially often need to weld multiple solder joints, mobile works or operating under the condition of narrow, with regard to this kind of stationary coil induction brazing power supply, welding work is very hard. This paper puts forward the concept of "hand-held soldering power supply", will host separation, sensor and equipment are connected by a flexible cable in the middle. The series resonance combined with soft switch technology to reduce the loss of the middle of flexible cable. This paper mainly completed the construction of the main circuit, control system design based on DSP320F2812, such as power control and frequency tracking, and gives the waveform of experiment.
