摘要
以炼钢厂的生产实践为依据,阐述了30t中频炉熔炼高合金特殊钢的优势,详细描述了炉体打结和兑钢水烤炉工艺的操作步骤。实践结果表明:初始炉体料烧结层、半烧层以及松散层的适宜厚度为30、40和110 mm,松散层在熔炼过程中起着尤其重要的作用,并提出金属料装入顺序、烤炉制度等有效提高中频炉炉体寿命的措施。
Based on production practice of 30 t medium frequency furnace at a steelmaking plant, described its advantages in melting high alloy special steel. Operation steps of ramming lining and molten steel firing lining are described in detail. Sintered, semi-sintered and unconsolidated layers of initial firing lining, which suitable thickness are 30, 40 and 110 mm, are explained. Unconsolidated layer plays an important role in medium frequency furnace melting. Raw material charging sequence and firing furnace mouth system are put forward, which improving lining life effectively.
