摘要
针对太阳能硅片多线切割机的张力检测问题,提出一种无传感器的张力检测新方法,通过构造一个张力观测器来计算张力值。分析太阳能硅片多线切割机走线系统的等效模型,建立模型的运动方程,得到张力估计误差方程,求出满足稳定性的参数条件,定义李亚普洛夫函数分析误差的收敛速度,通过加入补偿量提高误差的收敛速度,并引入符号函数增强张力检测的稳定性和可靠性,使用粒子群算法对补偿因子进行优化控制。仿真和样机实验结果证明该方法的可行性和正确性,该方法具有成本低,抗干扰性强,可靠性高的特点。
Aimed at problem of tension detect of multi-wire saw for solar silicon wafer, a new method of sensorless tension detect is proposed by constructing a tension observer. Equivalent model of running wire system is analyzed and the kinematics equation of model is established. Tension estimation error equation are obtained and parameter stability conditions are gotten. The convergence speed of error is analyzed by defining Lyapunov function. The convergence speed of error is accelerated by addition of compensation. The stability and reliability of tension detect is enhanced by introduction of Sign function and compensation factor is optimized by the use of particle swarm algorithm. The results of simulation and experiment verify effectiveness and correctness of the proposed method. The method has characteristics such as low cost, strong anti-interference and high reliability.
