木焦油及其馏分有机成分分析 被引量:3

摘要 对取得的木焦油进行特性分析并对成分复杂的木焦油在110-300℃温度范围内进行蒸馏,采用气相色谱.质谱联机技术(GC/MS)对各温度馏分进行分析,测得其中的有机成分及其相对含量。实验结果表明,木焦油水分含量较低4.57%,低位热值为27.96MJ/kg。木焦油及其馏分中含有多种有价值的化工生产原料,表明其在资源化利用方面存在可行性。 Bio-tar is the inevitable by-product in the process of thermal conversion of biomass (accounting for 0.1%-20%). In this paper, the characterization of wood tar and its distillations which in the temperature range of 110-300 ℃ were analyzed by gas chromatographic and mass spectrum (GC-MS) analysis technology. The results showed that the moisture content of wood tar is about 4.57% and the low heating value is 27.96 MJ/kg. There are many valuable components in wood tar and its distillations, which are very promising products to be used as chemical raw materials for resource utilization.
