牦牛活性蛋白对小鼠抗缺氧抗疲劳能力及血糖的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨牦牛活性蛋白的抗缺氧、抗疲劳作用和对正常小鼠及四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病模型小鼠血糖的影响。方法实验小鼠灌胃给予牦牛蛋白后,测定牦牛活性蛋白对小鼠在常压缺氧条件下的存活时间和小鼠负重游泳至力竭所用的时间;采用正常小鼠和四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠,利用血糖仪测定小鼠空腹血糖值。结果牦牛活性蛋白高剂量组能显著延长小鼠在水中的游泳时间;对小鼠在缺氧条件下的存活时间有一定延长作用,但无显著性差异;牦牛蛋白对正常小鼠空腹血糖无明显降低作用,可以降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠的空腹血糖水平。结论牦牛活性蛋白具有显著的抗疲劳作用,可延长抗缺氧时间,对糖尿病模型小鼠具有一定的降糖作用。 Objective To explore the effects of Yak activated protein on murine anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue,on normal mice and alloxan induced blood glucose of diabetic mice. Methods The experimental mice were orally administered Yak activated protein,which is measured survival time of mice under the condition of atmospheric hypoxia and swimming survival time to exhaustion with a heavy burden. Normal and alloxan diabetic mice are used. Determined their fasting blood glucose by means of a glucose meter. Results The Yak activated protein in the high dose group could significantly prolong the swimming time in water,and could be extended survival time of mice under the hypoxia condition,but no significant difference. Yak protein did not significantly reduce the effect on fasting blood glucose of normal mice,and reduce the alloxan diabetic fasting blood glucose levels. Conclusion The Yak activated protein has a beneficial effect on murine anti-fatigue and could prolong anti-hypoxia time,which has certain functions in the diabetic mice treatment.
