摘要
目的统一冠脉宁片(胶囊)中丹参薄层鉴别标准,建立特征图谱对产品质量进行控制。方法比较13个现行标准中丹参薄层鉴别方法,筛选最优条件,统一标准,采用Chem Pattern软件分析数据,建立冠脉宁片(胶囊)中丹参药材的特征图谱。结果应用所建立的特征图谱对四家企业样品进行评价,两家企业聚类结果良好,与特征图谱相似度高于0.95,产品质量稳定。结论本实验统一的丹参薄层鉴别标准方法简便可行,形成的特征图谱可有效控制产品质量。
Objective To consolidate a characteristic spectrum analysis by TLC method for Salvia miltiorrhiza in Guanmaining tablet（capsule）. Methods Summarizing 13 different methods of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the national drug standards to determine the TLC condition. Using the Chem Pattern software to establish a fingerprint and analyse the data. Results The research showed that it was reasonable to control the big polar components. The fingerprint of Salvia miltiorrhiza can classify the quantity of different enterprise＇s samples effectively. Conclusion The unified standard and fingerprint can be used to control the quality of Guanmaining tablet capsul.
