摘要
高脂血症是一种严重威胁人类健康的血脂异常类疾病,近年来其发病率显著上升且呈现低龄化的特点。人参Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.是一味颇具潜力的治疗高脂血症中药,对人参降脂作用的相关研究报道也较多。文章从人参降脂历史沿革及其治疗高脂血症的机理出发,对人参降脂相关研究做一综述,旨在为人参相关降脂新药及保健品的研发提供参考。
Hyperlipidemia is a kind of dyslipidemia disease which could threaten human＇s health seriously. The incidence of hyperlipidemia increased significantly and more youn people were diagnosed in recent years. Ginseng is a potential drugs of treating hyperlipidemia and researches of the lipid-lowering function of it are various. So we have a review about the researches of Ginseng＇s lipid-lowering function from the points of the history and mechanism of Ginseng in treating hyperlipidemia,Aiming at providing a reference for the lipid-lowering drugs and health care products＇ development.
