摘要
通过对某6家大型军队医院2009—2012年的各项投入和产出分析,探讨"新医改"政策对军队大型医院卫生资源配置、医疗卫生产出、医疗卫生效益、学科投入与科研产出等发展情况的影响,为其发展战略的制定提供依据和方向,指导军队医院在"新医改"背景环境下健康发展,成功应对各种挑战与威胁。
The article analyzed the input and output from the year of 2009 to 2012 of six big military hospitals, to explore the influence of new health care reform on health resources allocation of military hospital, health care output, medical and health benefits, and research outputs. The research also provided foundation to guide military hospitals developing healthy in the new reform background environment, and cope with various challenges and threats successfully.
