摘要
我国隐私权的法律保护较为滞后。对电子健康档案隐私而言,现有法律法规尚存在诸多不足之处。鉴于此,本文拟就电子健康档案隐私保护的法律困境进行阐述,并据此提出构建电子健康档案隐私保护法律体系的若干建议。
Legal protection for the right of privacy in China is lagging behind. In terms of electronic health record privacy, the existing laws and regulations still have many shortcomings. Therefore, this article intends to e- laborate on the legal predicament of electronic health record privacy, and accordingly put forward a number of suggestions on the construction of a legal system of electronic health record privacy protection.
