摘要
[目的]建立一种高效液相色谱测定乙蒜素含量的分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,使用Promosil-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水(体积比30颐70)为流动相,流速为1 m L/min,在210 nm波长下对乙蒜素进行定量分析。[结果]当乙蒜素质量浓度在200~1 000 mg/L范围内,方法的线性相关系数为0.999 89,平均回收率为99.76%。[结论]方法准确、快速,适用于乙蒜素的定量分析。
[Aims] A HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of ethylicin. [Methods]The content of ethylicin was quantitatively determined by HPLC with Promosil-C18 column at 210 nm, and acetonitrile-water(30:70, by vol) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 m L/min. [Results]The results showed that when ethylicin concentration range from 200 to 1 000 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 89, and the average recovery was 99.76%. [Conclusions]The method is simple and accurate, which is suitable for the quantitative analysis of ethylicin.
