摘要
[方法]为选择适于防治韭蛆高效低毒的药剂,采用室内毒力测定的方法评价0.5%藜芦碱SL对韭蛆的控制作用及对韭菜的安全性。并测定0.5%藜芦碱SL对韭蛆的室内毒力和温度效应。[结果]0.5%藜芦碱SL对韭蛆3龄幼虫和卵的毒力最强,LC50值分别为0.488、55.685 mg/L;并对韭蛆具有正温度效应,在推荐使用剂量内下对韭菜具有良好的安全性。[结论]0.5%藜芦碱SL可作为防治韭蛆的理想杀虫剂。
[Methods] This paper aims to select suitable chemicals to control Bradysia odorip haga, the control efficacy of the botanical pesticide of veratrine and the safety evaluation of A llium tuberosum were evaluated in a laboratory. The indoor toxicity and the temperature effects of veratrine 0.5% SL to B. odoriphaga and the safety of veratrine 0.5%SL to A. tuberosum were studied. [Results] The results showed that veratrine 0.5% SL had the highest toxicity to3 th instar larvae and eggs of B. odoriphaga with LC50 values of 0.488 and 55.685 mg/L respectively; veratrine 0.5%SL showed the positive temperature effect and it was safety on A. tuberosum within the recommended dose.[Conclusions] Veratrine 0.5% SL can be used an ideal insecticide to control B. odoriphag.
