摘要
以含钒石煤原矿及浮选精矿为原料,分别进行了原矿、选矿精矿直接酸浸及活化-浸出工艺的研究。研究结果表明:精矿在酸矿比0.6、200℃活化-浸出条件下,钒的浸出率为90.69%,酸耗约35 t酸/t V2O5;精矿活化-浸出工艺具有处理量小、无需加入添加剂、酸耗低等经济、技术上的优势。
Taking stone coal containing vanadium and concentrate as raw material, the paper studiedon direct acid leaching and activation-leaching process of raw ore and flotation concentrate. The results show that the lcaching rate of V2O5 in flotation concentrate is up to 90.69% under the activation-leaching conditions(acid/ ore ratio is 0.6, temperatue is 200 ℃), the acid consumption is 33 t acid /tV2O5; The activation-leaching process for flotation concentrate had technical and economic advantages of small handling capacity, without the addition of additive, and low acid consumption.
