摘要 研制了一套变电站端子箱防潮控温系统。系统由无线温湿度调节控制器、手持设备和监控平台构成。控制器通过Zig Bee无线网络与监控平台交互信息;手持设备通过红外射线读写控制器参数。提出了新的防凝露控制方案,研制了半导体制冷除湿装置;结合模糊PID技术,运用半导体制冷除湿,防潮效果明显;利用手持设备方便运维人员现场巡检;通过平台实现站内各端子箱的集中监控。论述了系统的软硬件设计,重点讨论无线温湿度调节控制器的设计方案。目前,本套系统已在多个变电站内投入使用,具有较好的实用性。 A moisture and temperature control system was developed for the terminal box in transformer substations,which was composed of a wireless temperature and humidity controller, an infrared handheld device and a monitoringplatform. The controller could exchange information with the monitoring platform by the ZigBee wireless network, andthe handheld device could read and set the parameters in the controller via infrared rays, This paper presented a newanti- condensation control scheme and developed a semiconductor refrigeration dehumidifier. Applying fuzzy PIDtechnology and semiconductor refrigeration dehumidification techniques, the device embodied a good moistureproofeffect . The handheld device made it very convenient for maintenance personnel to do routing inspection on site. Cen-tralized monitoring of the terminal boxes in the transformer substation could be achieved through the platform. This pa-per discussed the hardware and software design of the System, mainly focusing on the design scheme of the wirelesstemperature and humidity controller. The system has been proved to be very practical in that it has been put into usein some substations by far.
