倍压Boost PFC变换器的改进及数字化研究 被引量:1

摘要 传统的倍压Boost PFC变换器因其输入电流连续、电磁干扰小等优点而作为半桥逆变器的前端得到广泛运用,但该拓扑的开关管和电感在工频周期内未得到充分利用,因此提出一种改进型倍压Boost PFC变换器,并对其控制系统进行数字化改造。与传统的倍压型Boost PFC相比在器件上少了一个开关管和一个电感。基于TMS320F2808平台对所提出的改进型拓扑进行验证,实验结果表明,该拓扑电路稳定、简单、可靠、输入功率因数(PF)高、THDi小。 The advantages of continuous input current and small electromagnetic interference make the traditional volt-age doubler Boost PFC converter be widely applied as the front - end stage of half - birdge inverter. Analysis of tradi-tional voltage doubler Boost PFC converter' s operating principle show that the switches and inductances are not beingtaken full advantage of. Thus, an improved voltage doubler Boost PFC is presented in this paper and the digitalizationis performed on its control system. Comparing with the traditional voltage doubler PFC, the improved one reduces aswitch tube and an inductance. The experimental results based on TMS320F2808 show that the improved converterproposed in this paper is simple, reliable and can realize steady output bus voltage in total power with high input pow-er factor and low THD.
