摘要
根据水平加载机构对试件加载时自身所受的力的情况,分析水平加载支架最不利的载荷和危险截面,并对水平加载支架进行理论受力计算,校核其强度、刚度和稳定性。根据水平加载支架的工作要求,利用有限元法对水平加载支架的整体结构进行三维实体建模、预处理、设置约束条件和施加载荷,然后分析求解,并校核其结构的强度和刚度是否满足设计要求。
Considering the load borne by the lateral loading mechanism when it applies load to the test piece,the most unfavorable load and dangerous cross-section are analyzed for the lateral loading stand,and the theoretic force calcula-tion is calculated to review the strength,rigidity,and stability.Based on working requirements on the lateral loading stand, finite element method is adopted for 3D solid modeling,pre-treatment,setup of constraint conditions,and load application of its overall structure.Through further analysis solution,strength and rigidity of the structure are checked for its consistency with design requirements.
