起重机人机互认系统中无线通讯部分的设计与实现

摘要 为满足起重机作业信息远程传输存储的功能需求,设计了以C8051F930单片机为控制核心,用于起重机作业人员身份认证的射频信号无线传输系统。针对起重设备现场复杂干扰环境,设计实现了系统的软硬件,并集成于识别终端中。在冶金起重机上的实际应用结果表明,该无线传输系统能够适应起重机工作环境,实现人机互认系统射频识别终端与管理终端无线通讯。 To meet the functional demand of remote data transmission and storage of crane operation,the radio-fre-quency signal wireless transmission system for crane operator identity authentication is designed with C805 1 F930 single-chip as the control core.For the hoisting equipment running in complex site and causing interference to the environment,system software and hardware is designed and integrated into the identification terminal.Application of metallurgic crane shows that the wireless transmission system can be fit for crane working environment and realize wireless communication between Radio Frequency Identification terminal and management terminal of the human-machine recognition system.
