摘要
CWQ400型桅杆起重机是目前国内最大吨位的可回转的桥梁安装用起重机,其特点是要在3片主桁上站位并在行走时通过钢梁上斜拉索的锚管,一次能架设2个节间。为满足钢梁对起重机质量的要求,大型结构件采用高强度钢材;为能适应3片桁钢梁安装,采用了三点支承技术。实际应用表明该起重机在质量优化、支承体系设计方面是成功可靠的,更能适合此类高速铁路钢梁的安装。
CWQ400-type derrick crane is a revolving crane for bridge installation with the currently largest tonnage in China,which can stand on three main trusses and erect for two nodes during travel through anchor tubes of stay cable on steel beam.To reach the crane quality required by the steel beam,large-scale components shall be made of high-strength steel;for installation of 3-truss steel beam,3-point bearing technology is adopted.The actual application shows that the crane is reliable and reasonable in weight optimization and bearing system design,suitable for installation of steel beam in similar high-speed railways.
