摘要
在生产大型铸件的时候,开放式浇注系统被广泛使用。通过优化开放式浇注系统的结构,能够有效解决铸件夹渣问题。过滤片常常被应用于开放式浇注系统,但是当过滤片使用不合理时,不但不能有效挡渣,反而可能造渣。
By optimizing the structure of the Non-pressurized pouring system, the problem of casting slag has been effectively solved. Filters are often used in such system. However, when a filter has been used unreasonably, it woul not be able to effectively solve the problem of casting slag but generate more questions.
