摘要
针对重型燃气轮机排气缸铸件结构复杂的特点,介绍了该类铸件热裂纹缺陷的预防措施。提高铸型和砂芯退让性可以降低铸件的收缩阻力,采用开环芯骨同样可以降低收缩阻力。通过设置冷铁和冒口加强补缩,是解决热裂纹的主要内在措施。
For complex structure of heavy-duty gas turbine CDC casting, measures to prevent hot tear have been introduced. Improving the concession of the sand mold and core can reduce shrinkage resistance as well as using open-loop core bones. Setting chills and risers to strengthen feeding is the main internal measures to solve hot tear of such casting.
