球墨铸铁高速转子铸造生产工艺的改进

Improvement on Foundry Production Technology of High Speed Rotators of S.G. Iron

通过对球墨铸铁件电梯曳引机高速转子的铸造生产工艺分析,采用新的铸造生产工艺—无冒口铸造工艺,不仅节省了冒口清理工时,改善了表面粗糙度,而且提高了工艺出品率,同样一包铁液原来只浇注8型,现在可以浇注10型,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Casting technology of high speed rotators of elevator haul of S.G. iron has been analyzed. With adoption of a new casting technology head free casting, the corresponding cleaning working hours saved, the surface roughness improved, product rate increased while better economic benefits and social effectresults benefit both obtained with now 10 molds poured by a ladle of liquid iron instead of former 8 molds.
