The Transformation of Drying Kiln

现用干燥窑本是一个专利引进项目,但却存在烘烤砂型效果不好,检修困难等许多问题。通过长期观察和研究,发现该窑存在温度梯度分布不合理、火力不能集中等缺陷。通过对炉膛结构、炉门等进行改造,最终达到砂型烘烤良好、节约焦炭、检修方便等效果。

The drying kiln of this project is the introduction of a patent, but there are many problems baking sand ineffective, maintenance difficulties. The presence of an unreasonable kiln temperature gradient distribution so that no concentrate firepower has been found by long-term observation and more analysis has identified the root cause. A series of reform measures proposed have resulted in good baking sand, coke saving, easy maintenance and other effects ultimately achieved.
