摘要
大型落砂机是铸造车间的一个典型的污染源。为了研究大型落砂机半密闭罩的污染物控制效果,通过对某典型铸造厂大型落砂机除尘系统进行现场实测,利用数值试验对其进行污染物控制分析,并比较了三种形式的风口处于相同风量时的排风罩进口截面速度不均匀性系数,提出不同形式落砂机除尘系统的适用场合,为优化落砂机半密闭罩的设计、提高排风罩污染物控制效果提供了参考和依据。
In order to study the effect of pollution control of large half-sealed cover shakeout machine in a foundry, with measurements of a dust-removal system in a typical foundry, the numerical simulation method has been applied to analysis of contaminant control, and the air inlet velocity non- uniformity coefficients of exhaust hood have been comparatively analyzed at three different outlet forms under the same air volume, and application occasions of different dust-removal system forms have been proposed, hence references and bases for an optimized design of half-sealed cover shakeout machine then improved effect of pollution control provided.
