摘要
随着老龄化问题的日益严重,如何为老年人提供真正适宜的养老居住方式已成为严峻的问题。以提供更适宜的养老场所为出发点,提出以互助单元为指导思路,通过分析客观因素,提出互助养老公寓在选址、单元设置、空间组织三方面的建构法则,以期为新型养老设施的建设提供帮助。
How to provide a really suitable apartment for old age becoming a serious issue.This paper puts forward an idea which is combined with suitable and multi-cooperative, and sum-marizes the tectonic rules of the apartment design containing location, unit settings, and spatial or-ganization in order to do some help for retirement facilities.
