摘要
橡胶再生混凝土是一种具有较好弹性和耐撞性的利废混凝土。为确定再生混凝土中橡胶颗粒的最佳掺量,配制了5种不同掺量的再生混凝土试样,并进行了轴心抗拉强度测试,与28天抗压强度数据对比。结果得出,当再生混凝土中加入橡胶颗粒体积分数为3%时,轴心抗拉强度下降幅度最小;当加入橡胶颗粒体积分数为5%时,再生混凝土的轴心抗拉强度降低幅度最大;当橡胶颗粒的体积分数超过5%时,轴心抗拉强度不降反升;在这5种不同橡胶颗粒掺量的试件中,体积分数为3%时再生混凝土各方面性能表现最好。试验结果为橡胶再生混凝土的应用研究提供理论依据。
Rubber recycled concrete is a kind of waste concrete which has a good elasticity andcrashworthiness. In order to determine the optimum content of rubber particles in recycled con-crete, five recycled concrete samples with different dosage of rubber particles were made to con-duct the axis tensile strength test and to compare with the 28 days compressive strength data. Re-sults show that when the volume of rubber particles in recycled concrete reached 3 %, the axistensile strength had a minimum decrease; When 5% of rubber particles is added to the recycledconcrete, axis tensile strength had a maximum reduction; When the volume of rubber particlesexceeds 5 %, axis tensile strength continues to rise. With the five different dosage of rubber par-ticles added, the recycled concrete performed best when its volume reached 3%. The results ofthis test provided a theoretical basis for the application and research of rubber recycled concrete.
