摘要
目的:探讨增殖抑制基因(HSG)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和增殖细胞核抗原(Ki-67)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测唐山市工人医院60例乳腺癌标本、20例乳腺纤维腺瘤标本及20例正常乳腺组织标本中HSG、VEGF和Ki-67的表达。结果:HSG的表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤大小和TNM分期无关,而随着淋巴结的转移而降低(P<0.05);VEGF与乳腺癌患者的年龄及TNM分期无关,而随着肿瘤的增大及淋巴结的转移而明显增高(P<0.05);Ki-67与乳腺癌患者的TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关,随着分期的增高和淋巴结的转移,Ki-67的百分率明显升高(P<0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示:在乳腺癌组织中,HSG与VEGF和Ki-67的表达均呈负相关(r=-0.795,P<0.05;r=-0.811,P<0.05),VEGF和Ki-67的表达呈正相关(r=0.383,P<0.05)。结论:HSG在某种程度上可抑制VEGF及Ki-67的表达,减少乳腺癌的侵袭和转移,可见联合检测HSG、VEGF和Ki-67的表达有利于更好地判断乳腺癌的进展及预后。
Objective: To explore the expressions and significance of hyperplasia suppressor gene (HSG), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and Ki -67 in breast cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of HSG, VEGF and Ki - 67 in 60 cases with breast cancer, 20 cases with breast fibroadenoma and 20 cases with normal breast tissue. Results: The expression of HSG in breast cancer was not correlated with age, tumor size and TNM staging, but it decreased with lymph node metastasis (P 〈0. 05 ) . The expression of VEGF in breast cancer was not correlated with age and TNM staging, but it increased significantly with the increase of tumor size and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0. 05 ) . The expression of Ki - 67 in breast cancer was correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis, and it increased with the increase of TNM staging and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of HSG was negatively correlated with expressions of VEGF and Ki - 67 ( r = - 0. 795, P 〈 0. 05 ; r = - 0. 811, P 〈 0. 05 ) . The expression of VEGF was positively correlated with expression of Ki - 67 ( r = 0. 383, P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: In a way, HSG can suppress the expressions of VEGF and Ki - 67, and it can reduce invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. Combined detection of HSG, VEGF and Ki - 67 may be beneficial to evaluate development and prognosis of breast cancer.
