肌动蛋白相关蛋白2/3复合体的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 细胞骨架在维持细胞形态、承受外力及保持细胞内部结构的有序性方面起重要作用,同时参与许多重要的生命活动,其主要由微管、微丝及中间丝组成。微丝作为细胞骨架的主要成分之一,在细胞的多种功能中扮演着重要角色。肌动蛋白单体一个接一个连成一串肌动蛋白链,两串这样的肌动蛋白链互相缠绕扭曲成一股微丝,微丝能被组装和去组装。微丝的组装先需要“核化”,即几个单体首先聚合,其他单体再与之结合成更大的多聚体。
