益肾汤联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗原发性肾病综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation of Yishen Decoction Combined with Prednisone Acetate Tablets on Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

目的:观察益肾汤联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将80例原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组给予标准疗程醋酸泼尼松片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予中药益肾汤口服,疗程均为8周。结果:治疗组和对照组患者的总有效率分别为80.0%和70.0%,两组差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.93,P<0.05);两组患者尿蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、Scr下降水平和血浆蛋白上升水平治疗前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾汤联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗原发性肾病综合征疗效较好,可有效改善患者的肾功能,减轻患者的临床症状。

Conclusion ： The effect of Yishen decoction combined with prednisone acetate tablets on primary nephrotic syndrome is significant, and can effectively improve the kidney function of patients, and reduce clinical symptoms of patients.
