中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treating Infertility due to Ovulatory Disorder with Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine

目的:观察加味养精种玉汤配合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法:将110例排卵的排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各55例。治疗组克罗米芬+加味养精种玉汤治疗,对照组单用克罗米芬治疗。两组均在月经周期第5天口服克罗米芬50 mg,共5天。其中治疗组同时加服加味养精种玉汤,每日1剂,1日2次。观察两组HCG日和HCG+9日子宫内膜厚度及类型,HCG日≥15 mm卵泡个数,排卵率、妊娠率。结果:治疗组HCG日和HCG+9日子宫内膜厚度及A型内膜比例均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;治疗组HCG日≥15 mm卵泡个数明显多于对照组,治疗组妊娠率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;治疗组排卵率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论:加味养精种玉汤可明显改善克罗米芬促排卵周期子宫内膜容受性,提高胚胎着床及妊娠率。

objective ： To observe the clinical effect of modified Fang Jing Zhong Yu decoction on infertility due to ovulation disorder. Methods ：110 cases of patients with ovulation disorder infertility treated by clomiphene were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 55 eases in each group. The treatment group was treated by clomiphene plus modified Fang Jing Zhong Yu decoction, while the control group was treated by clomi-phene. All cases in 2 groups took 50 mg days. During this period, the treatment group same time, 1 dose each time, twice daily. To days, number of≥ 15 mm follicles of HCG clomiphene orally in the 5th day of menstrual cycl, a total of 5 took additionally orally modified Yang Jing Zhong Yu decoction at the observe the endometrial thickness and type of HCG day and HCG ＋ 9 day, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in 2 groups. Results： The pro-portions of endometrial thickness and type A endometrium of HCG day and HCG ＋ 9 days in the treatment group were significantly higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant. Number of ≥ 15 mm follicles of HCG day in the treated group was significantly more than in the control group, the pregnancy rate of treated group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically signifi-cant. The ovulation rate of treated group was higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not statis- tically significant. Conclusion： The modified Yang Jing Zhong Yu decoction can improve obviously the endometrial receptivity in stimulating ovulation cycle by clomiphene, and increase the rates of embryo implantation and preg-nancy.
