强迫症的认知行为治疗 被引量:6

摘要 强迫症(Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder,OCD)是以反复出现的强迫观念和(或)强迫行为为临床表现的一类神经症性障碍,在普通人群中的终身患病率约为2.3%[1]。强迫症病因复杂、临床表现多样、症状顽固、易复发、且易慢性化的特点使其在治疗上存在很大困难,严重影响患者的生活质量及社会功能。认知行为治疗(Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy,CBT)为目前强迫症心理治疗的一线方法[2],但出于各种原因,临床上有相当一部分患者无法获得心理治疗或从中获益。因此,如何增强CBT疗效,同时使更多患者能有机会接受到及时的心理治疗成为了目前强迫症的研究热点之一。本文将对近年来该领域的研究进展作以综述。
