长春市工业空间格局时空演变特征

The Spatial-Temporal Evolution Characteristics of the Industrial Spatial in Changchun

依据1995、2003、2008年长春市土地利用现状图和2013年卫星影像图,借助Arc GIS技术,综合运用分布重心方法和空间关联分析法,对长春市工业空间格局时空演化特征进行分析,结果表明:1长春市工业空间整体经历了"东南方向—西南方向—东北方向"大规模开发过程;2工业用地整体分布具有空间正相关特征,在部分近邻区域具有集聚性,但集聚程度呈现出先降低后逐渐增加的趋势;3工业用地空间集聚情况呈现相对稳定的状态;工业空间变化呈现出"主导地域集中—交通轴向扩展—轴间指状填充"的特点;4工业空间扩展模式遵循"扇形结构模式—圈层结构模式—扇形+圈层结构模式"的规律。研究认为自然条件、土地使用制度的改革、产业结构升级的驱动作用、政府调控作用以及交通机制是长春市工业空间时空演化特征的驱动力。

Using the 1995, 2003, 2008 years＇ land utilization present situation chart, the 2013 year remote sensing images of Changchun city and related statistical yearbook, with the help of ArcGIS technology, combination of distribution center of gravity research methods and spatial correlation analysis method, this paper researches the evolution characteristics of the industry space in Changchun city, and the conclusions show that：（1）The overall development of the industry space has experienced large-scale development process in different directions and stages, which is the southeast during 1995-2003 stage, whereas is the southwest and northeast during 2003-2008 stage and 2008-2011 stage;（2）The spatial distribution of Changchun industry land overall presents the characteristic of space positive correlation, and it has the agglomeration in some neighboring area, but the agglomeration degree presents decreases firstly and increases gradually; （3）The agglomeration situation of the industry land presents us a relatively stable state wholly; the evolution characteristics of the industry land presents different changes in different stages. It presents the dominant geographical concentration during1995~2003 stage, whereas it has the traffic axial extension and axis between finger filled characteristics during 2003-2008 stage and 2008-2011 stage; （4）The industry space expansion mode of Changchun city follows a regular pattem, which is the fan structure model in 1995 year, while is the ring structural model in 2003 and 2008 year, and which is fan and ring structural mode in 2011.On the basis of the comprehensive study,the thesis regards the natural conditions, land use system reform, the industrial structure upgrade, the government regulation and transport mechanism as the driving force of the evolution characteristics of the industry space in Changchun.
