基于截流模型的制造业选址布局优化方法研究

摘要 针对经济全球化背景下制造业的选址优化问题,构建截流选址和交通量分配相结合的双层规划模型。上层模型用于确定产业在运输网络中的选址方案,下层模型是用户均衡交通量分配模型,用于计算在给定的产业选址方案下的运输网络中的交通流特征。为求解模型,设计遗传算法和Frank-Wolfe算法相结合的启发式求解算法,并以中国钢铁产业为例,对提出的方法进行应用。结果表明,该研究方法可以有效帮助决策者实施制造业的选址决策。 Both the economic globalization and the intermodal transport network promote the free flow and optimal allocation of resources, which evidently changes the spatial distribution of the manufacturing industry. Under such background, it is necessary to study the location behavior and the distribution characteristics of the manufacturing industry, which has great significance for the industry to achieve good economic efficiency and implement the national or regional industrial policies. This paper aims to optimize the location problem of the manufacturing industry in the context of .the economic globalization, and formulates the bi-level prograrmning model combining both the flow-capturing location and the traffic assignment. The upper-level model is used to determine the location scheme of the industry, and the lower-level model is user equilibrium traffic assignment model, which is used to' calculate the traffic flow characteristics under the given location scheme. To solve the model, the heuristic algorithm consisting of both the genetic algorithm and the Frank-Wolfe algorithm is designed. The proposed method is applied taking the Chinese steel industry as an example. The result indicates that the proposed method could help the decision-makers to implement the location decisions for the manufacturing industry effectively.
