摘要
中央苏区文化建设是一个从传统文化向苏区文化发展的过程。在此过程中,中央苏区建立文化教育领导机构,通过一系列有关文化建设的指导性文件,开展文化建设具体工作等。乡村学校是教育儿童读书的地方,是推进儿童家庭、学校四周乡村文化建设的场所,所以成为当地文化的中心。乡村教师是乡村社会中具有丰富知识的领袖,具有提高乡村文化的社会责任,因此成为苏区乡村文化建设的主要力量和乡村运动的中心。在当下的社会主义新农村文化建设同样不能忽视乡村学校和乡村教师的地位和作用。
The cultural construction of the Central Soviet Areas was a developmental process from the traditional culture to the Soviet culture. In the process,the Central Soviet Areas established the lead-ing organ of the cultural education. The leading organs carried out specific tasks in the cultural con-struction by means of a series of guidance documents on the cultural construction. Rural schools were the places of children’s access to education,where the rural culture construction around children’s families and schools had been boosted,so they became local cultural centers. Rural teachers were leaders with rich knowledge in the rural society,had the social responsibility of improving the rural culture. Accordingly,they became the main forces and rural sports centers in the cultural construction of the Central Soviet Areas. At present,we cannot ignore the position and role of rural schools and ru-ral teachers in the construction of new socialist countryside.
