Statistical Analysis of Meteorological Element Characteristic Values Based on Similar Influence Factors

为获得较准确的水利水电工程设计位置区气象要素特征值,在工程区附近气象条件类似区域选择比选气象站,分析各气象要素主要影响因素。在定性分析的基础上,按主要影响因素类似的原则,分别选取各气象要素设计依据站,以设计依据站气象要素特征值代表工程位置区相应气象参数;较直接选择一个设计依据站,将选定气象站所有气象要素特征值代表工程区相应气象参数方法能得到与实际值更加接近的成果,可供缺乏气象资料地区工程设计参考。

In order to obtain more accurate characteristic values of meteorological elements in hydropower project site, the meteorological stations which close to the project area and have similar natural geographic characteristics are selected to analyze the main influence factors of each meteorological element. On the basis of qualitative analysis, the design stations for each meteorological element are selected based on the principle of the design station having similar influence factors with project area for a meteorological element respectively, and then the meteorological element characteristic value of the design station is taken as the feature of project site. It is better than all meteorological element characteristic values of one meteorological station are selected as the features of project site and can get a result more closer to actual value.
