摘要 基于MATLAB技术分析处理水电机组气隙测量数据,首先使用MATLAB进行了磁极辨识及极值计算得到了气隙棒图,其中包括周期的判断、毛刺的剔除与修正及首尾周期的衔接与极值判定;再使用MATLAB对发电机转子及定子圆度特征进行了评估分析计算,其中包括最小二乘圆的MATLAB拟合及各项圆度特征指标的获得。结果表明,MATLAB可以有效方便快捷地分析处理水电机组气隙测量数据,基于MATLAB技术分析处理水电机组气隙数据是切实可行的。 MATLAB-based analytical processing on measured air gap data of hydroelectric generator is discussed. Firstly, the air gap bar graphs are achieved by identifying the number of magnetic poles and calculating the minimal values, including cycle distinguishing, burr elimination and correction, cycle joining and extremum judgment. Secondly, the roundness of rotor and stator of hydroelectric generator are assessed, including the fitting of least square circle and the acquisition of roundness feature parameters. The results show that the MATLAB can quickly and effectively process measured air gap data of hydroelectric generator, and the MATLAB-based analytical processing on measured air gap data of hydroelectric generator is practical.
