考虑风机出力随机性的电网静态安全风险评估 被引量:1

摘要 随着智能电网的发展,大规模风机的并网增加了电力系统安全运行的不确定性。针对风机出力存在的随机性和波动性,提出使用Monte Carlo模拟法形成风速概率分布区间,并基于该方法对风机出力大小和发输电设备进行抽样;以IEEE-RTS79标准测试系统为例,分析了风机出力大小和接入位置不同对电网静态安全风险指标的影响。算例结果表明,选择合适容量的风机和接入地点能够降低电网静态安全风险。 With the development of smart grid, the uncertainty of power system safe operation should increase due to large-scale connection of distributed generation. The Monte Carlo simulation is proposed to get the probability distribution interval of wind speed, and then the output of wind turbine and power generation and transmission equipments are sampled based on above method. Taking the IEEE-RTS79 standard test system as an example, the influences to grid static security risk indicators when connecting wind turbines with different capacity and different positions are analyzed. The example results show that the static security risks can be reduced if adopting appropriate capacity and connecting position of wind turbines.
