关节镜下治疗巨大肩袖撕裂的进展 被引量:15

摘要 肩袖撕裂是发生在上肢反复的过顶运动和肩关节慢性病变引起的以疼痛和功能受限为主的疾病,肩袖撕裂是引起肩部疼痛和功能障碍的常见原因[1],其中肩袖撕裂大小是影响治疗效果的重要因素。巨大肩袖撕裂的患者会出现持续疼痛和上肢活动受限,严重影响患者的生活质量。随着关节镜技术的飞速发展,镜下处理巨大肩袖损伤的技术日渐成熟,而且关节镜肩袖修复术有着最大限度保留三角肌在肩峰附着点,手术创伤小、视野广、对关节内干扰小,有利于术后关节功能的练习与康复等优点。
