细菌纤维素面贴膜对营养物的吸收及释放行为研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用细菌纤维素(BC)膜为护肤营养物载体,制备面贴膜,对载体膜吸附营养物的能力进行研究,利用体外透皮实验,考察了BC膜对小分子的传递行为。同时,对不同厚度的BC膜进行优选,并与市售产品对比。结果发现,BC膜对物质的吸收能力与膜厚度成正比,而对物质的输送速度与膜厚度成反比;1.0-1.5mm的膜在20-30min内,对物质的传递量最高。结果表明,BC在制备面贴膜应用上,性能要优于以往的材质,是一种能用于护肤品行业的新型有前景的材料。 To assess the possibility of bacter/al cellulose (BC) membranes as facial mask,the adsorption capacity and the delivery behavior of BC membranes towards small molecular were studied. At the same time,in order to optimum the performance of BC membranes, experiments were also conduct on bacterial cellulose in different thickness, and compared with commercially available products. The results show that with the increasing of film thickness, BC membranes show increased absorption capacity and decreased delivery capacity; In addition, the membrane with their thickness in the range of 1.0 - 1.5 mm obtains the most delivery value among all the tested membranes within 20-30 min. Results show that the perform- ance of BC membranes is better than ever before, and BC is a novel and promising material that can be used in the skin care industry.
