摘要
采用逐滴反应法合成了一种新的L-赖氨酸水杨醛Schiff碱金属配合物[Ni(Lys-Sal)]。应用电导率测定、元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱等表征方法,讨论了配合物的可能组成和结构,并进行抑菌活性的相关探究,结果表明,配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌及绿脓杆菌的抑菌活性较差。
One new metal eomplex with Sehiff base of salieylaldehyde-lysine[ Ni( Lys-Sal )]was synthe-sized by the method of drip reaetion. The eomplex was eharaeterized by eleetrieal eonduetivity,elemental analysis,UV speetroseopy,IR speetroseopy and so on. The possible struetures of the eomplex has been diseussed,furthermore its antibaeterial aetivity was also diseussed in this paper. The result indieated that the antibaeterial aetivity of the eomplex to Staphyloeoeeus aureus,Baeillus eoli,Baeillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa is weak.
