摘要
制备了两种磷钼酸季铵盐类相转移催化剂[C16H33(CH3)3N]2[HPMo12O40]和[(CH3CH2)4N]2[HPMo12-O40],以30%的H2O2为氧化剂,易回收、无毒复合溶剂为萃取剂,采用一步氧化萃取脱硫法和两步氧化萃取脱硫法对直馏柴油进行了氧化脱硫研究。结果表明,一步法脱硫效果比两步法好,[C16H33(CH3)3N]2[HPMo12O40]的脱硫效果优于[(CH3CH2)4N]2[HPMo12O40],适宜的反应条件为:O/S比(摩尔比)为8∶1,催化剂用量5%,反应温度40℃,反应时间80 min,萃取剂油比1(体积比),此时直馏柴油的脱硫率为61.3%,收率为95%,催化剂重复使用5次后,脱硫率没有明显下降。
Two type eatalysts of quaternary ammonium phosphomolybdate phase transfer were synthesized:[ C16H33(CH3)3N]2[ HPMo12O40]and[( CH3CH2 )4 N]2[ HPMo12O40 ],and then used as effeetive eata-lysts assoeiated with 30% H2O2 as oxidant,easy reeovery,non-toxie eompound solvent as extraetion,by one-step and two-step oxidation-extraetion desulfurization method for straight-run diesel oxidation desulfu-rization researeh. The results show that one-step desulfurization method was better than the two-step,and [ C16H33( CH3 )3 N]2[ HPMo12O40 ]desulfurization effeet is better than[( CH3CH2 )4N]2[ HPMo12O40 ]. The optimum reaetion eonditions were as follows:when molar ratio of H2 O2 to sulfur is 8:1,the amount of eatalyst is 5%,reaetion time is 80 min at 40 ℃,and volume ratio of extraetion to diesel oxidation is 1( v/v),the sulfur removal of straight-run diesel can reaeh 61. 3%,the yield was 95%. The eatalyst ean be reeyeled 5 times without obvious decrease in the sulfur removal.
