高效液相色谱法同时测定槐花中芦丁、槲皮素和山柰酚的含量

Simultaneous determination of rutin,quercetin and kaempferol in flos sophorae by HPLC

建立了同时测定槐花中芦丁、槲皮素和山柰酚含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用酸水解提取法和超声提取法提取槐花中芦丁、槲皮素和山柰酚。结果表明，酸水解提取液中检测不到芦丁，槲皮素含量远大于超声提取液中的含量，加标回收率为93.6%-99.2%。

A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of rutin, quercetin and kaempferol in flos sophorae by HPLC. Adopted the extraction of acid hydrolysis method and ultrasionic extraction method. The result showed that the extraction of acid hydrolysis was not detected rutin, the content of quercetin much larger than the ultrasionic extraction of content. The recoveries were in the range of 93.6% -99.2%.
