基于模糊综合评判的城轨列车关键系统分析

摘要 根据模块划分理论将城轨列车划分为9个系统,以故障发生频度以及故障严重程度、探测度、维修成本为评判因素,并根据历史数据及模糊理论对其进行量化,最后采用模糊综合评判理论建立关键度的计算模型,并根据主次图法确定城轨列车的关键系统为牵引电制动、空调、车门、走行部、辅助系统等。分析结果可为现场维修决策提供支持与指导。 The vehicle was divided into nine systems according to module partition technique. Then, the degree of fault occurrence, severity, detection and maintenance cost were chosen to be evaluation factors, and also were quantified with historical data and fuzzy theory. Finally, the calculation model of critical degree was established based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the critical systems were confirmed as traction electric braking, air conditioning, door, running gear and auxiliary system in accordance with Pareto diagram. The evaluation results had been recognized by field engineers.
