荞麦化学成分与药理活性研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 对近几年荞麦(甜荞麦、苦荞麦)的化学成分及其药理活性的文献资料进行检索、分析、归纳,指出荞麦的化学成分有黄酮、蛋白质、脂肪、植物甾体类等,其有降糖、抗肿瘤、抗氧化镇痛抗炎等作用,具有较好的应用开发前景,应进一步加强对荞麦活性成分作用机制的研究。 Chemical ingredients of Qiao Mai(Fagopyrum esculentum) are flavone, protein, fat, plant steroids and others by searching and ananlyzing the literature about chemical ingredients and pharmacological activity test of Qiao Mai(sweet buckwheat, bitter one), which possess the functions of lowering glucose, fighting against tumor,antioxidation, analgesic effect and anti-inflamation, these ingredients are with good development prospects, we should enhance the study on the mechanism of active ingredients of Qiao Mai.
