摘要
为了保证成套锭子使用寿命,保持纺锭轴承的清洁度,介绍了锭脚的作用和锭子的安装要求,分析了现有锭子的装配要求及锭脚的加工工艺。提出:使用数控机床,采用工序集中的工艺加工方法,可提高锭胆的校直精度,可保证锭脚"正平面"对锥孔的跳动要求,满足锭胆和锭脚的压配要求,且不需进行磨反平面加工,避免了因纺锭轴承不清洁导致的非正常磨损,达到了设计要求的精度和使用寿命。
In order to ensure the service life of the spindle set,and to keep cleanliness of the bearing,introduction is made to the function of the spindle footstep and the requirement of the spindle installation in comparison of processing technology and assembly requirements of the existing spindle footstep.Conclusion is made that spindle insert alignment can be improved using CNC machine tools with process concentration,ensuring positive plane of taper beat requirements,fitting the requirement of the pressure fitting of spindle insert and the spindle footstep,and more,anti-plane grinding is unnecessary,consequently avoiding abnormal wear due to poor cleaning of the spindle bearing,meeting the requirements of the designed precision and the service life.
